The genderqueer/non-binary*talk meets every two weeks on Tuesdays at 17:30 in the rooms of Gerede e.V. or digital. This group is for youth and young adults who are non-binary, agender, genderfluid, genderqueer, no gender, neutrois and others in this spectrum ¹.
The group is a safe space and offers the possibility of exchange among each other. During the meetings, we usually first discuss non-binary specific topics in the large group (such as outing, passing/reading, experiences of discrimination, pronouns, sensitive language, awareness and expectations of the environment, …). This can be further discussed in smaller groups afterwards. In addition, we can watch films, eat something together or invite speakers on certain topics.

¹ Genderqueer/non-binary is understood to mean a broad spectrum of gender (non) identifications and the identities listed here are not exhausted and can be expanded – but are distinct from (cis) binary location (man and woman). Different forms of (parallel) femininity, masculinity are not mutually exclusive. Non-binary gender is about perceived gender identity and not about physical gender.
